How we are different from other counselling practices?
For counselling in Milton Keynes our practice is accredited, private and client led meaning we put your interests first. We continually review your progress with us and offer the best intervention, including consultations with our Principal Psychologist and our Personal and Business Coach at reduced fees.

Fees & Sessions
Our standard fee is £45 for individuals. For all other services please contact us.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes long although can be longer if agreed within the counselling / client contract and you feel you would benefit from longer sessions.
How do I start counselling?
- Call or email us in confidence to discuss your situation and book your consultation session with one of our counsellors. We are unique in that we will match you with the counsellor we believe will be most suited to you and your situation.
- You will receive confirmation of your appointment together with further information for you to read.
- During the first session you will be able to discuss your situation in more detail and together with the counsellor, agree the frequency and duration of future sessions.
How many sessions will I need?
This is a question we can't answer as much will depend on when you feel you are happy to stop counselling. Some people will find they only need a a few sessions of counselling in order to resolve what was causing them the problem. Others will need much more help and support and will require ongoing sessions to help them work through their difficulties. On average most people feel comfortable to stop counselling after 8 sessions.
